Refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method used to purchase your tickets. No further action is required by you; the refund will be processed directly through your point of purchase.
Refunds will be processed by BroadwaySF within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 14 additional days to see the refund in your account.
